Delete an account
Orravane players can permanently delete their account and associated online progression.
Delete online
Sign in and delete your Orravane account
You must sign in again and explicitly confirm deletion. No game installation is required.
Delete inside the game
- Open Orravane and sign in.
- Open Settings, then Delete Account.
- Sign in again on the secure deletion page and type DELETE.
- Select “Permanently delete my account.”
Request help by email
If the game cannot be opened or the account cannot be accessed, email support@pietinlabs.com from the account’s email address with the subject “Orravane account deletion.” We may request limited information to verify ownership before deletion.
What is deleted
The online account, sessions, character progression, equipment, materials, zone and raid progress, guild membership, market activity tied to the account, and account-linked entitlement records are deleted or anonymized as required to preserve transaction and security integrity. Records required for fraud prevention, accounting, legal compliance, or dispute resolution may be retained for the legally necessary period.
Deleting an online account does not automatically erase a pre-online recovery snapshot stored only inside an older testing installation. Uninstalling the app removes its device-local data.
