ORRAVANE: RECLAMATION TERMS OF SERVICE Effective date: September 17, 2026 These Terms of Service ("Terms") are an agreement between Pie Tin Labs, LLC, an Iowa limited liability company ("Pie Tin Labs," "we," "us," or "our"), and the person using Orravane: Reclamation ("you"). These Terms govern the mobile editions, any future officially supported PC edition, and related online services (collectively, the "Game"). 1. ACCEPTANCE AND ELIGIBILITY By selecting the agreement checkbox, creating an account, downloading, or using the Game, you agree to these Terms and the End User License Agreement ("EULA"). Our Privacy Policy explains our data practices and is not itself a contract unless applicable law provides otherwise. If you do not agree, do not use the Game. You must be at least 13 years old. If you have not reached the age of legal majority where you live, a parent or legal guardian must review and agree to these Terms for you. You may not use the Game if applicable law prohibits it. 2. ACCOUNTS Provide accurate information, protect your credentials, and promptly report suspected unauthorized access to support@pietinlabs.com. You may not sell, rent, share, transfer, or commercially exploit an account. You are responsible for activity through your account to the extent permitted by law. If account creation is available, account deletion may be requested through the in-game account settings and through the external deletion method identified in the Google Play listing. Uninstalling the Game does not delete an account or cancel a subscription. 3. PERMITTED USE Subject to these Terms and the EULA, you may use the Game for personal, non-commercial entertainment on supported devices and platforms. You must also comply with the rules of Google Play and any future authorized storefront through which you obtain the Game. 4. PROHIBITED CONDUCT You may not: - Cheat or use bots, unauthorized automation, macros, modified clients, exploits, or tools that create an unfair advantage. - Circumvent security, access controls, anti-cheat systems, purchase controls, or technical restrictions. - Reverse engineer, decompile, or extract source code except to the limited extent applicable law expressly permits. - Disrupt servers, interfere with another player, gain unauthorized access, scrape data, distribute malware, or conduct fraudulent activity. - Harass, threaten, impersonate, or abuse another person, or publish unlawful, infringing, hateful, sexually exploitative, or otherwise harmful content. - Buy, sell, transfer, or exchange accounts, virtual items, or currency outside features expressly authorized within the Game. - Use the Game or its content for unauthorized commercial activity. We may investigate suspected violations and apply warnings, reversals, temporary restrictions, suspensions, permanent bans, or account deletion proportionate to the circumstances. Where reasonably practicable, we may provide notice. Contact support@pietinlabs.com to appeal an enforcement decision. 5. PURCHASES AND VIRTUAL ITEMS The Game may offer virtual currency, equipment, cosmetics, consumables, boosts, unlocks, subscriptions, or other digital content ("Virtual Items"). Virtual Items are licensed for use inside the Game; they are not owned property, have no cash value, and cannot be redeemed for money except where law requires. Authorized in-game trading may be permitted under Game rules. External sales and transfers are prohibited. Prices, taxes, payment methods, and transaction terms are displayed by the applicable storefront. The storefront processes payment and normally controls billing and refunds. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected. We may balance, modify, substitute, limit, or discontinue Virtual Items and features for gameplay, security, technical, legal, or business reasons. We will not use this right to avoid providing a paid entitlement already owed, and remedies required by law remain available. 6. SUBSCRIPTIONS The Game can be used without a subscription. Free players may see advertisements that help offset server and operating costs. The subscription's current base price in the United States is US $3 per month, plus any applicable taxes. The actual localized price charged will be displayed before purchase. While active, the subscription currently provides: (a) an ad-free experience; (b) double energy generation; (c) double offline ember generation; and (d) the ability to select one equipment item to retain permanently when completing a rebirth, subject to the eligibility and selection rules displayed in the Game. The localized purchase screen will identify the benefits then included. Before purchase, the storefront or Game will disclose the full price charged, billing period, automatic-renewal terms, trial or introductory terms, included benefits, and cancellation method. Unless canceled before renewal, a subscription automatically renews at the disclosed price and interval until canceled. For Google Play purchases, manage or cancel through Google Play's subscription center or the subscription-management link in the Game's account settings. Cancellation generally takes effect at the end of the paid billing period, and benefits generally remain available until then. Refunds are governed by Google Play's rules and applicable law unless Pie Tin Labs expressly offers a more favorable remedy. Deleting an account or uninstalling the Game does not automatically cancel a storefront subscription. We may change prospective subscription benefits or prices when reasonably necessary. We will provide notice required by law or the storefront. A price change will take effect only as permitted by the storefront and applicable law. If you do not accept a change, you may cancel before the next renewal. 7. ADVERTISING AND THIRD-PARTY SERVICES Free players may receive third-party advertisements. Active subscribers do not receive advertising. Advertising revenue helps pay the costs of providing the Game to free players. Third-party services and advertisements are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. Their inclusion does not constitute an endorsement. 8. USER CONTENT AND FEEDBACK If the Game permits you to submit a name, message, image, or other content, you retain your ownership. You grant Pie Tin Labs a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, reproduce, display, moderate, and distribute that content only as reasonably necessary to operate, secure, improve, and promote the Game. You represent that you have the necessary rights to submit it. Feedback may be sent through pietinlabs.com or support@pietinlabs.com. You grant Pie Tin Labs a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free right to use feedback without compensation or attribution, but you do not transfer ownership of unrelated preexisting intellectual property. 9. AVAILABILITY, UPDATES, AND SUPPORT The Game may require internet access and updates. Servers may be unavailable for maintenance, emergencies, security, updates, or events outside our reasonable control. We do not guarantee continuous availability or preservation of every feature. We may, but are not obligated to, provide discretionary in-game compensation for qualifying downtime. Support is available at support@pietinlabs.com. Response and resolution times are not guaranteed. 10. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY The Game and its content are owned by Pie Tin Labs or its licensors and protected by intellectual-property law. These Terms do not transfer ownership to you. A reference to "our licensors" includes contractors, publishers, clients, or other rights holders whose material is lawfully included; it does not transfer their ownership to Pie Tin Labs. 11. TERMINATION You may stop using the Game at any time. We may restrict or terminate access when reasonably necessary because of a breach, cheating, fraud, security risk, legal requirement, discontinuation, or material operational risk. Upon termination, your license ends. Sections intended by their nature to survive will survive, including ownership, disclaimers, liability limitations, dispute terms, and accrued payment obligations. 12. DISCLAIMERS TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE GAME IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." PIE TIN LABS DISCLAIMS IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE GAME WILL ALWAYS BE AVAILABLE, SECURE, ERROR-FREE, OR COMPATIBLE WITH EVERY DEVICE. RIGHTS THAT CANNOT LEGALLY BE DISCLAIMED REMAIN IN EFFECT. 13. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PIE TIN LABS AND ITS AFFILIATES, LICENSORS, CONTRACTORS, AND SERVICE PROVIDERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, GOODWILL, OR DATA. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THEIR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS RELATED TO THE GAME OR THESE TERMS WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF US $100 OR THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE GAME DURING THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM. THESE LIMITS DO NOT APPLY TO LIABILITY THAT CANNOT LEGALLY BE LIMITED. 14. DISPUTE RESOLUTION AND ARBITRATION Before filing a formal claim, you and Pie Tin Labs agree to send written notice describing the dispute and requested resolution and to attempt informal resolution for 30 days. Send notices to support@pietinlabs.com with the subject "Legal Dispute Notice." We will provide an appropriate mailing address in response when required for formal service. Except for eligible individual small-claims matters and requests for emergency injunctive relief concerning intellectual property or security, any unresolved U.S. dispute will be resolved by binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association ("AAA") under its then-current Consumer Arbitration Rules. The Federal Arbitration Act governs this section. Hearings may occur by telephone, video, documents, or at a reasonably accessible location as the AAA rules allow. Fees will be allocated under the AAA Consumer Arbitration Rules, and Pie Tin Labs will pay amounts the rules or applicable law require it to pay. YOU AND PIE TIN LABS AGREE TO BRING CLAIMS ONLY IN AN INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY, NOT AS A PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER IN A CLASS, COLLECTIVE, CONSOLIDATED, OR REPRESENTATIVE ACTION, TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. The arbitrator may award relief only to the individual party seeking it. You may opt out of arbitration by emailing support@pietinlabs.com within 30 days after first accepting these Terms. Include your account identifier, the subject "Arbitration Opt-Out," and a clear statement that you opt out. Opting out will not affect your access to the Game. If this arbitration section is found inapplicable to a dispute, or you validly opt out, the dispute will be heard in a state or federal court with jurisdiction in Iowa, unless applicable law gives you the right to bring it elsewhere. Nothing here prevents either party from using small-claims court when eligible or reporting a matter to a government agency. 15. GOVERNING LAW These Terms are governed by Iowa law without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except that the Federal Arbitration Act governs arbitration. Mandatory rights under the law where you live remain unaffected. 16. CHANGES We may update these Terms for legal, security, operational, or product reasons. We will provide reasonable notice of material changes and request renewed agreement when required. Changes apply prospectively from their stated effective date. If you reject material updated Terms, you must stop using the Game. 17. GENERAL TERMS If a provision is unenforceable, it will be enforced to the maximum lawful extent and the remainder will remain effective. Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not transfer these Terms without our consent. We may transfer them in connection with a merger, financing, reorganization, asset sale, or successor operation of the Game. These Terms, the EULA, and any product-specific purchase terms constitute the agreement concerning the Game; mandatory platform terms control only where they must. These Terms apply only to Orravane: Reclamation. A later Pie Tin Labs title or a game produced for a client or another publisher may have separate terms identifying its owner, developer, publisher, and licensor. Nothing here claims ownership of client or third-party intellectual property governed by a separate written agreement. 18. Our English-language rollout currently covers the United States and India. Singapore is a planned additional market and becomes available only when enabled on Google Play. We do not represent other countries as supported merely because English is spoken there. Content ratings are separate from the game's minimum age. We disable personalized advertising for all players. This does not remove applicable requirements concerning accounts, personal information, consent, or parental involvement. Where a player cannot provide legally valid consent or agree to the terms, the required parent or guardian involvement must be established before relying on that consent or agreement. An age declaration, Google sign-in, content rating or ad restriction is not verified parental permission. Singapore: our notices explain what personal information is collected, used and disclosed and how to withdraw consent. A player aged 13–17 may provide consent only where they understand its nature and consequences; where that understanding is insufficient, parent or guardian consent is required. The game does not claim to implement independent parental-consent verification. Contact support@pietinlabs.com for questions or withdrawal requests. Mandatory local privacy and consumer rights are preserved. The entry declaration retains only country and age group locally, not the exact entered age or a birthday. It does not use Google Play Age Signals for advertising. Country-specific requirements and availability may change; non-personalized advertising is not a promise that every ad request can be fulfilled.
