Orravane EULA

Applies only to Orravane: Reclamation, operated by Pie Tin Labs, LLC. Other games have separate policies.

ORRAVANE: RECLAMATION END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT Effective date: September 17, 2026 This End User License Agreement ("EULA") is between Pie Tin Labs, LLC, an Iowa limited liability company ("Pie Tin Labs" or "Licensor"), and the person who downloads, installs, accesses, or uses Orravane: Reclamation ("you" or "User"). 1. ACCEPTANCE By selecting the agreement checkbox, downloading, installing, accessing, or using the Product, you agree to this EULA and the Orravane: Reclamation Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not install, access, or use the Product. "Product" means Orravane: Reclamation, including its current mobile editions, any future officially supported PC edition, executable and object code, interfaces, game content, documentation, patches, updates, and related online features supplied by or for Licensor. 2. LICENSE Subject to continued compliance with this EULA, Licensor grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, and revocable license to install and use the Product for non-commercial gameplay on supported devices and platforms you own or control, subject to applicable storefront rules. The Product is licensed, not sold. No ownership interest is transferred to you. 3. RESTRICTIONS Except where applicable law expressly provides otherwise, you may not: - Copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, publicly perform, rent, lease, lend, sublicense, sell, or transfer the Product or an account. - Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, decode, adapt, derive source code, or access non-public interfaces or data. - Bypass or interfere with access controls, security, anti-cheat, anti-tamper, purchase controls, technical protections, or account limitations. - Use cheats, bots, unauthorized automation, macros, modified clients, exploits, or scripts. - Use the Product to infringe rights, violate law, harm another person, distribute malware, disrupt systems, or conduct unauthorized commercial activity. - Remove or obscure copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices. If applicable law gives you a non-waivable right to perform an otherwise restricted act for interoperability, you must first request the necessary information from support@pietinlabs.com and use the least intrusive lawful method. 4. ACCOUNTS AND ONLINE FEATURES Online features may require a platform or Game account, internet connection, updates, authentication, and acceptance of technical or community rules. You are responsible for protecting credentials and using only accounts you are authorized to access. Licensor may restrict or terminate access when reasonably necessary to address a breach, cheating, security threat, legal requirement, interference with other users, or material operational risk. Enforcement and appeal procedures are described in the Terms of Service. 5. UPDATES AND CHANGES Licensor may provide or require patches, bug fixes, upgrades, balancing changes, compatibility changes, security updates, and replacement versions. Updates supplied by Licensor become part of the Product and are governed by this EULA. Refusing a required update may prevent some or all use of the Product. Features and online services may change or be discontinued for gameplay, technical, security, legal, or business reasons. Rights and remedies that cannot legally be excluded remain unaffected. 6. VIRTUAL ITEMS AND SUBSCRIPTIONS Virtual currency, digital items, cosmetics, equipment, unlocks, boosts, subscriptions, and other digital entitlements are licensed for use within the Product and are not sold. They have no cash value and may not be transferred outside authorized Game features. The Terms of Service contains the applicable purchase, subscription, refund, advertising, and virtual-item provisions. Free players may see advertising used to help offset server and operating costs. The subscription's current U.S. base price is US $3 per month, plus applicable taxes. Active subscribers receive an ad-free experience, double energy generation, double offline ember generation, and the ability to select one equipment item to retain permanently when completing a rebirth, subject to the rules displayed in the Product. The localized purchase screen controls the actual price and identifies the benefits included at purchase. 7. OWNERSHIP Licensor and its licensors retain all right, title, and interest in the Product, including its code, architecture, systems, artwork, audio, text, characters, world, designs, user interfaces, trademarks, documentation, updates, and derivative works. All rights not expressly granted are reserved. "Licensors" includes contractors, publishers, clients, and other rights holders whose material is lawfully included under a separate agreement. This EULA does not transfer a client's or third party's ownership to Pie Tin Labs. It applies only to Orravane: Reclamation and does not automatically govern another Pie Tin Labs game or a game produced for another rights holder. 8. FEEDBACK If you voluntarily provide ideas, bug reports, suggestions, or other feedback, you grant Licensor a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, sublicensable, and transferable right to use it without compensation or attribution. This does not transfer ownership of unrelated preexisting intellectual property. 9. PRIVACY The Orravane: Reclamation Privacy Policy explains how Pie Tin Labs collects, uses, discloses, retains, and protects information. It is available within the Product and at pietinlabs.com. Contact support@pietinlabs.com with privacy questions or requests. 10. TERM AND TERMINATION This EULA begins when you first accept, download, install, access, or use the Product and continues until terminated. You may terminate it by stopping use and uninstalling the Product. Licensor may terminate the license as described in the Terms of Service. Upon termination, you must stop using and uninstall the Product, except to the extent applicable law provides otherwise. Provisions concerning restrictions, ownership, feedback, disclaimers, liability, dispute resolution, and accrued rights survive termination to the extent their nature requires. 11. DISCLAIMERS TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE PRODUCT IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITH ALL FAULTS. LICENSOR DISCLAIMS IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, QUIET ENJOYMENT, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. LICENSOR DOES NOT WARRANT UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, ERROR-FREE, OR UNIVERSALLY COMPATIBLE OPERATION. RIGHTS THAT CANNOT LEGALLY BE DISCLAIMED REMAIN IN EFFECT. 12. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LICENSOR AND ITS AFFILIATES, LICENSORS, CONTRACTORS, AND SERVICE PROVIDERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, GOODWILL, OR DATA. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THEIR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR CLAIMS RELATED TO THIS EULA OR THE PRODUCT WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF US $100 OR THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE PRODUCT DURING THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM. LIABILITY THAT CANNOT LEGALLY BE LIMITED IS NOT LIMITED. 13. DISPUTES The informal-resolution, arbitration, opt-out, class-waiver, small-claims, governing-law, and court provisions in the Terms of Service are incorporated into this EULA. If you validly opt out under the Terms of Service, that opt-out also applies here. 14. GENERAL TERMS If a provision is unenforceable, it will be enforced to the maximum lawful extent and the rest will remain effective. Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign this EULA without Licensor's consent. Licensor may assign it in connection with a financing, merger, reorganization, asset sale, or successor operation of the Product. Mandatory platform terms apply to the extent required by the platform. 15. CONTACT Pie Tin Labs, LLC Email: support@pietinlabs.com Website: https://pietinlabs.com
