Orravane Advertising & Age Policy

ORRAVANE: RECLAMATION — ADVERTISING AND YOUR CHOICES Updated September 26, 2026. This notice applies only to Orravane: Reclamation, operated by Pie Tin Labs, LLC. ADVERTISING FOR PLAYERS 13 AND OLDER Orravane is intended for players aged 13 and older. Free play may include Google AdMob interstitial ads after boss encounters or raid results, at natural breaks. Active paid or complimentary ad-free access skips these ads. Purchase availability is shown in the game; this notice does not announce a subscription launch. NON-PERSONALIZED ADS FOR ALL AGES Our advertising policy disables personalized advertising for every player, including adults. We request restrictive age treatment and G-rated ad content from Google. These are ad protections, not identity verification or a declaration that every player is a child. Non-personalized ads are not selected using an interest profile, but providing and measuring ads can still involve technical information and data processing. Non-personalized does not mean data-free or exempt from applicable consent requirements. Release builds may request real ads; development builds use sample ads. Availability depends on the build, Google's approval and inventory, and applicable privacy requirements. Teenagers are not automatically excluded from ads merely because they are under 18. Where a request is not permitted or an ad is unavailable, gameplay and earned rewards continue without it. Ads are not a condition of receiving already-earned boss rewards. AGE, COUNTRY AND PRIVACY CHOICES The updated entry screen asks for country of residence and age before connecting. Only the declared country and age group are retained locally, not the exact age or a birthday. This is self-declaration, not independent age verification or verified parental permission. Older builds may use a simpler local age declaration. Entry remains limited to players 13 and older in supported release regions. Local legal requirements can apply separately to accounts and personal information even when ads are not personalized. For declared under-18 players we request conservative under-age treatment in Google's consent system as well as restricted ad requests. This does not obtain parental permission or establish that data processing is lawful. Eligible adults use Google's applicable regional privacy flow; personalization remains disabled regardless of their choices. Where required and applicable, Google's privacy forms explain purposes and partners and provide choices. Use AD PRIVACY OPTIONS in Settings when available to revisit those choices. Accepting game terms, acknowledging the Privacy Policy, or reading this page is not advertising consent. Declining personalization does not itself create an ad-free subscription. We do not force an ad request when Google's privacy checks do not permit it. Google controls ad dismissal. We do not ask players to click ads or reward ad clicks. Please report inappropriate ads to support@pietinlabs.com. ACCOUNTS AND SUPPORT Optional Android gameplay analytics are disabled in this beta. Accounts, cloud saves, security and support still process information as explained in the Privacy Policy. Do not put your real name, address, school or contact details in your character name. Public character information can be seen by other players. Account deletion is available in Settings and on the Orravane account-deletion page. Ask a parent or trusted adult for help understanding these choices. Read Orravane's Privacy Policy, Terms of Service and EULA for additional information. Our English-language rollout currently covers the United States and India. Singapore is a planned additional market and becomes available only when enabled on Google Play. We do not represent other countries as supported merely because English is spoken there. Content ratings are separate from the game's minimum age. We disable personalized advertising for all players. This does not remove applicable requirements concerning accounts, personal information, consent, or parental involvement. Where a player cannot provide legally valid consent or agree to the terms, the required parent or guardian involvement must be established before relying on that consent or agreement. An age declaration, Google sign-in, content rating or ad restriction is not verified parental permission. Singapore: our notices explain what personal information is collected, used and disclosed and how to withdraw consent. A player aged 13–17 may provide consent only where they understand its nature and consequences; where that understanding is insufficient, parent or guardian consent is required. Mandatory local privacy and consumer rights are preserved. The entry declaration retains only country and age group locally, not the exact entered age or a birthday. It does not use Google Play Age Signals for advertising.
