Include in your message
- Your character name and account email, but never your password.
- Your phone model and Android version.
- What happened, what you expected, and whether it happens again.
- A screenshot when it helps show the problem.
Never send passwords, verification codes, payment-card details, or Google account credentials. Pie Tin Labs support will not ask for them.
