About these terms
These terms govern Hydraulic Havoc and its related online services provided by Pie Tin Labs, LLC. By choosing to use the service, you agree to these terms and the End User License Agreement. The Privacy Policy explains our data practices; it is not consent to personalized advertising. Contact support@pietinlabs.com with questions.
Accounts and eligibility
Use accurate account information and protect your password. Keep one player account per person. Do not share, sell, or transfer accounts or use another person’s identity. Follow the age restrictions shown in the store and applicable local requirements; a parent or guardian must authorize use where legally required.
Closed testing
Beta access is limited to approved testers and depends on Google Play availability. Features, balance, inventory, progress, and service availability may change or be reset during testing. Test access does not guarantee continued access or a final release date. Report problems without exploiting them.
Fair play
Do not automate fights or auction bidding, use cheats, exploit defects, manipulate transactions, interfere with the service, or harass other players. We may investigate, correct invalid transactions, restrict features, or suspend or terminate accounts for violations. Contact support to dispute an account action. A connection failure alone is not evidence of cheating.
Parts, Rivets, and Gladiator Marks
Virtual currency and equipment are licensed game features, not money, investments, or property redeemable for cash. Auctions use virtual currency and do not provide player cash payouts. Equipment may lose durability or be permanently destroyed according to the rules presented in the game. Virtual items may be rebalanced, and beta progress may be reset. Statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.
Purchases and subscriptions
Where purchases become available, the price, billing period, renewal conditions, and included benefits will be displayed before purchase through Google Play. Subscriptions renew according to the purchase terms unless canceled. Manage cancellation and refund requests through Google Play or contact support for assistance. Canceling does not automatically delete your game account. Planned benefits shown in development material are not an offer to purchase.
Advertising and privacy choices
Ad-supported releases may show ads between fights. Signing up for testing or accepting these terms does not grant advertising consent. Where required, a separate in-game privacy message will let you make advertising choices. Declining personalized advertising does not cancel your tester access.
Service changes and responsibility
We may update or maintain the service and cannot promise uninterrupted availability or compatibility with every device. To the extent permitted by law, beta software is provided as available without a promise that it is error-free. Nothing here excludes mandatory warranties, liability that cannot legally be excluded, or your statutory consumer rights.
Ending access and changes
You may stop using the service and request account deletion. We may end testing or discontinue the service with notice where required. Material changes to these terms will be identified with an updated date and communicated through the service or account contact information; affirmative acceptance will be sought where required.
Applicable law and contact
Iowa law governs these terms except where mandatory laws in your place of residence provide otherwise. These terms do not take away non-waivable consumer protections or access to courts available under applicable law. Contact Pie Tin Labs, LLC at support@pietinlabs.com.
