Request deletion

To request deletion of your Hydraulic Havoc account and associated data, email support@pietinlabs.com from your registered email address. Include your player ID if available and identify the game as Hydraulic Havoc. Do not send your password. You can make this request without reinstalling the game.

What happens next

We will verify that you own the account, then process deletion of your account, credentials, inventory, saved builds, balances, and associated gameplay data. Deletion removes access to that progress. Limited records may be retained for legal obligations, fraud prevention, or dispute resolution, and backups may persist until their normal replacement cycle. We will explain applicable exceptions when responding.

Subscriptions and beta access

Uninstalling the app or deleting the account does not automatically cancel a Google Play subscription. Manage any subscription in Google Play. If you only want to leave the closed test, use the Google Play testing page; leaving the test does not itself delete your game account.
