Hydraulic Havoc · Pie Tin Labs, LLC
Effective September 20, 2026 · Version 2026-09-20.1
Scope and contact
Pie Tin Labs, LLC operates Hydraulic Havoc (Android package com.pietinlabs.hydraulichavoc) and its related website and testing services. This policy describes how we handle personal data. Contact support@pietinlabs.com for privacy questions or requests.
Information we process
Account and tester information includes email address, player identifier, invitation status, password verification data, and session credentials. Game information includes bot, team and workshop names, equipment, saved builds, control layouts, balances, bids, tournament activity, fight actions, results, and replay data. Support messages include information you choose to send. Technical information may include IP addresses, request times, device or app information supplied with requests, and service or security logs. Do not send passwords or payment card details to support.
Why we use information
We use this information to approve testers, authenticate accounts, save progress, operate matches and auctions, prevent abuse, troubleshoot issues, provide support, and meet legal obligations. In jurisdictions requiring a legal basis, processing rests on providing the requested service, legitimate interests in security and operation subject to your rights, legal obligations, or consent where required.
Who receives information
Service providers process data needed for hosting, storage, communications, and platform distribution. Google Cloud provides game hosting and database services; Google Play handles distribution and any enabled platform purchases. Website hosting providers process requests to deliver these pages. Opponents and spectators may see player-selected game names, builds, match results, and replays where those features are available; account email addresses and credentials are not intended to be public. We may disclose data when legally required, to protect users and the service, or in a business transfer subject to applicable safeguards.
Google AdMob and advertising choices
AdMob is planned for ad-supported releases and is not integrated in the current local beta source reviewed for this policy. When enabled, Google and configured advertising partners may process advertising or device identifiers, IP-derived approximate location, ad interactions, and diagnostic information to deliver and measure ads and prevent fraud, subject to consent and applicable law. A separate Google privacy message will request choices where required before eligible ad requests. Joining the beta is not advertising consent. The in-game Privacy choices control will allow you to revisit the message where supported. We will update this policy and store disclosures before activating additional data practices. Read Google’s Privacy Policy and Google’s information about partner services.
Purchases
If purchases or subscriptions are enabled, Google Play processes payment information. We may receive purchase identifiers, product and entitlement status needed to validate access, prevent fraud, and handle support. We do not receive your full payment card details from Google Play.
Retention and deletion
We retain account and gameplay data while needed to provide the service and address legitimate support, security, and legal needs. Recent replay history is limited by the game’s retention settings. Request deletion using the account-deletion page or email support. We verify ownership before deleting account credentials and associated game data. Limited records may be retained where necessary for legal obligations, fraud prevention, or dispute resolution; backups may remain until their normal replacement cycle. We will explain relevant exceptions when responding to a request.
Your choices and rights
Depending on your location, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or object to certain processing. You may withdraw consent without affecting processing already lawfully performed. Contact support to exercise these rights or raise a concern; you may also complain to the competent data protection authority. Essential account processing is separate from optional advertising choices.
Security and international processing
We use access controls, protected authentication information, and encrypted network connections to help protect data. No system guarantees absolute security. Providers may process data outside your location; applicable transfer safeguards are used where required.
Children and updates
The closed beta is not intended for children under 13. If you believe a child has supplied personal information, contact support so we can investigate and remove it where required. Higher local age and parental-authorization requirements still apply. We will update this policy as practices change and provide additional notice or request consent when required.
