License
Pie Tin Labs, LLC grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use Hydraulic Havoc on supported devices for personal entertainment, subject to this agreement and the Terms of Service. The software is licensed, not sold.
Ownership
Pie Tin Labs and its licensors retain rights in the software, artwork, audio, branding, and other protected content. Virtual parts and currency grant in-game use rights only and have no cash-redemption right. Third-party and open-source components remain subject to their applicable license notices.
Restrictions
Do not redistribute, sell, sublicense, or commercially exploit the software without authorization; bypass access controls; deploy bots or cheats; or use it to harm the service or other users. Restrictions on reverse engineering apply only to the extent permitted by law and do not override rights granted by applicable open-source licenses.
Online features and beta software
Online features require a compatible device, internet access, and an authorized account. Beta builds may contain defects, require updates, change functionality, or reset progress. We may suspend testing or access for violations of the Terms of Service. You may uninstall the software at any time; uninstalling alone does not delete your server account or cancel a subscription.
Data and advertising
The Privacy Policy explains data processing. AdMob choices, when enabled, are presented separately from this license. Installing the software or joining testing does not by itself authorize personalized advertising.
Updates and termination
Updates may be necessary for compatibility or security. This license ends if you terminate it or if access is terminated for a material violation, subject to applicable law. On termination, stop using the software. Account-deletion and support requests remain available through the website.
Warranties and legal rights
To the extent permitted by law, beta software is provided as available without guarantees of uninterrupted or error-free operation. Nothing in this agreement excludes mandatory warranties, liability that cannot legally be limited, or non-waivable consumer rights. Iowa law applies except where mandatory local law provides otherwise.
Changes and contact
Material changes will be identified with an updated version and communicated as required. The Terms of Service govern online services; this agreement governs use of the software, subject to applicable law. Contact Pie Tin Labs, LLC at support@pietinlabs.com.
